Royal Alchemy LLC Affiliate Program Terms of Service Agreement

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Royal Alchemy LLC Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Royal Alchemy LLC reserves the right to update and change these Terms at any time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the Program are subject to these Terms. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes consent to such changes.

Violation of these Terms may result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions. You agree to use the Program at your own risk.

Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to join the Program.
  • You must reside in the United States.
  • You must be a human. “Bot” or automated accounts are not permitted.
  • You must provide your legal full name, valid email, and other required details during signup.
  • One login = one person. Sharing logins is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security. We are not liable for loss or damage due to security failures.
  • You are responsible for all content and activity under your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • No illegal or unauthorized use of the Program. You must comply with all applicable laws.
  • You may not use the Program to earn commissions on your own Royal Alchemy LLC product accounts.

Links and Graphics

Once enrolled, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code. You may place our provided links, banners, and graphics with this code on your site, emails, or other communications. Only properly formatted “Special Links” will be tracked and eligible for referral fees. Affiliate links must point directly to the product being promoted.

Referral Fees and Payment

Referral fees are earned only when:

  • A customer clicks a Special Link from your site/email and completes a purchase during that session.
  • The sale is tracked automatically by our system. Manual claims will not be honored.

We may disqualify commissions from fraudulent, illegal, or questionable marketing methods. Payments begin once you have earned more than $20 in affiliate income. If you never cross the threshold, no commissions will be paid.

Identifying Yourself as an Affiliate

You may not issue press releases about this Agreement or misrepresent your relationship with Royal Alchemy LLC. You may not imply endorsement, partnership, or employment. Purchases for personal use through your own affiliate links are prohibited.

Payment Schedule

If your earnings exceed $20, payments are made monthly. If you have not earned $20 since your last payment, earnings will roll over until you reach the threshold.

Customer Definition

Customers who buy through the Program are considered Royal Alchemy LLC customers. All company policies regarding orders, pricing, and service apply. Prices and availability may change at any time. We cannot guarantee product pricing or availability.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the development and maintenance of your site, including:

  • Technical operations and equipment.
  • Ensuring Special Links do not violate third-party agreements.
  • Accuracy and legality of all content you post.
  • Respecting third-party intellectual property and rights.
  • Not posting libelous or illegal materials.
  • Disclosing data collection and usage practices to visitors as required by law.

Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws, including marketing and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM Act of 2003).

Term of the Agreement

This Agreement begins upon acceptance of your application and continues until terminated by either party. Termination may occur with or without cause by written notice. Upon termination, you must remove all Royal Alchemy LLC links, trademarks, and materials from your site. Outstanding earnings above $20 will be paid upon termination.

Termination

Royal Alchemy LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including fraudulent or aggressive marketing. Termination may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Relationship of Parties

You and Royal Alchemy LLC are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship. You may not represent or bind Royal Alchemy LLC in any way.

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data). Our total liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid to you.

Disclaimers

We make no warranties (express or implied) regarding the Program or products sold. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

Independent Investigation

You acknowledge you have read and agreed to these Terms. You understand we may solicit referrals or operate competing programs. You independently evaluated and accepted participation without reliance on representations outside this Agreement.

Arbitration

Any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by confidential arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, except for intellectual property violations, which may be pursued in court. No arbitration may be joined with another party’s arbitration.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by U.S. law. You may not assign it without our prior written consent. It is binding on successors and assigns. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and Royal Alchemy LLC, superseding prior versions.
